Evaluating CEO Performance: Not Everything That Counts Can Be Counted - Posted : April 11, 2013

This article focuses on evaluating the performance of CEOs in a way that is "less obsessed with quarterly earnings and more focused on the long term."  The author examines the following three social priorities that are each difficult to measure but form the foundation for this new way of assessing the long-term performance of CEOs:  social purpose, social license to operate and social change.
